Participating kids will receive top quality physical training. This training is meant to improve both their level of physical fitness and their self-confidence.


Nutritional Counseling

Proper diet is a key component of any weight loss plan. Participating children and their parents will receive education regarding the proper foods to eat to maintain a balanced diet. Only by learning and practicing proper eating habits as a family can overweight and obese children hope to permanently lose the undesired weight.


Life Coaching

Overweight and obese children often have self-esteem issues that either result from or contribute to their weight problems. Participating children will receive life coaching and empowerment training to help them take control of their lives to ensure they are able to keep the weight off after they complete the program.
